Biography
Real name: Edwin Makromallis, a UK Garage Remixer/Produce/DJ and owner of the Killer Instinct label. Although he gained his experience working in hardcore and drum 'n' bass clubs, Case made his name on the nascent garage scene in the late 90s. He hosted a pirate radio show on Freek FM and released a series of underground hits including the club classic "Something In Your Eyes". In 2001 he released the inspired compilation Sound Of The Pirates 2, a freewheeling garage mix featuring MCs Sweetie Irie, Ms. Dynamite, Melody, and Spee. His album debut Ed's Guest List was recorded with 15 guest vocalists, ranging from former Skunk Anansie frontwoman Skin and Republica's Saffron, to Ms. Dynamite and So Solid Crew's Harvey.
