Simon Tong

Role in the Gorillaz Project

Played guitar on some tracks on second Gorillaz album 'Demon Days', as well as taking part in the Demon Detour sessions in May 2005 at Sarm Studios.



Biography

Simon Tong a British a musican, a school friend of Richard Ashcroft, Simon Jones and Peter Salisbury played with the The Verve on Urban Hymns and replaced Nick McCabe. Since the breakup of The Verve, Tong has served as guitarist for Blur in live appearances and contributed to the second Gorillaz album, Demon Days.
