2D appears on a track from Massive Attack's album '100th Window'. The track is called 'Small Time Shot Away' and 2D provides backing vocals on the track (which are hard to discern). It may have amused Damon to credit this work to 2D because the mastermind behind Massive Attack goes by the name '3D' (indeed this may have been one of the major inspirations behind the decision to name the lead singer of Gorillaz '2D' in the first place.
