Slow Boat To Hades is the 3rd DVD release of Gorillaz, the compilation of the Phase Two (Demon Days) era. The DVD features all promotional single videos and animatics of these videos. Also included are all the DVD-Single B-Sides (except for Don't Get Lost In Heaven (Demo)) and all live performances at Award Shows, including half the performance of Gorillaz/Madonna's perfomance of 'Feel Up'. All of these things have already been seen before by most Gorillaz-die-hards, but for those Gorillaz have also made 1 new video/montage: for the song Happy Landfill a montage with a lot of rare/never seen before art and photo's of Gorillaz and their creators. Other stuff includes the Gorillaz Idents, 2 G-Bites, Gorillaz speeches and one live in NY performance of El Mañana. The DVD is accompanied with a CD-Rom that includes all 16 Phase 2 website games, along with wallpapers and 'hidden extra's' that you can acces by achieving the game-goals. The DVD is released in 2 different formats. All DVD's feature the same content and the 'bonus CD-Rom', the only difference between this so-called 'Limited Edition' and the standard edition is the packaging and the booklet. The Ltd. Edition is packed in a Jewel Case, and featuring an 8 page booklet. The standard edition is packed in a normal DVD case, and features only 1 inlay-card with the map of Kong, and a few images.
