Additional Information: The first Gorillaz gig (although the according to the story of the fictional band, they played another gig at the fictional venue 'The Brownhouse' in Camden). This was a showcase gig for the UK's media and was covered by a vast number of newspapers and magazines. There were also a large number of curious celebrities in attendance. Damon denied he would be there beforehand. Nobody knew quite what to expect. Parts of the Apex Tapes were played between songs, and voice actors provided live chatter from Noodle and Russel as would become usual for all dates on the Phase One tour. There was no encore proper, however after the main show ended, spotlights turned to Ed Case and Sweetie Irie on a balcony of the venue, who performed 'Clint Eastwood (Ed Case Refix).
